For membership and registration at scoutsonline, scouting requires a number of personal details filled in by you. This registration form can be found on our website. This information will never be provided to external parties without approval and a processing agreement-personal details. Internally, the registration will be passed on to the Treasurer, Data Manager and game branch.Upon termination of membership, the details will be destroyed at the indicated locations.

For membership and registration at scoutsonline, scouting requires a number of personal details filled in by you. This registration form can be found on our website.

This information will never be provided to external parties without approval and a processing agreement-personal details.

Internally, the registration will be passed on to the Treasurer, Data Manager and game branch.

Upon termination of membership, the details will be destroyed at the indicated locations.

During attendance and camp, images can be recorded for placement on the website.

Permission for this is explicitly requested on the registration form.

Without your permission as a parent, no use will be made of images in which your child is recorded. If permission is given, images will always be used explicitly for the website or social media, not for other purposes.

VOG

Certificate of conduct is required for a role within the organization as board member, management, parent representative or confidant. The VOG is requested at the start of a function, entered in SOL. The VOG is not saved and remains at all times of the relevant requested and saved for a maximum of two years after termination of membership.

Health form

In order to organize a safe and healthy weekend and/or camp, it is necessary to keep medical data with the management as well as necessary medicines. This medical data will be kept with the (head) management with the utmost care. Immediately after the camp, the health form will be destroyed or returned to the parent.

Article 8 - Your rights regarding your data

Based on Article 13 paragraph 2 sub b GDPR, everyone has the right to access and rectify or erase their personal data or limit the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at Privacy@marnixvansintaldegonde.nl.

Any such request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document, signed by you and stating the address at which you can be contacted. You will receive a response to your request within 1 month of the request being submitted. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months if necessary.

App group

The administrator uses an app group for smooth communication for each branch. As a parent, you can at all times not use the app group by not accepting the invitation and/or leaving the app group.

Article 10 - Commercial offers

The administrator does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Marnix van Sint Aldegonde remains responsible for this processing.
